on Our Way
While I am on my way to Greenville, SC today (after a busy morning homeschooling the little ones!), there is a little package on it's way to my most recent swap partner.
I played along with the Modern Scrappy Bits Swap, because I can't resist the lure of scraps. The few times I've received scraps from friends in the mail, it's been such fun to hunt through them. And, when I use them, I totally remember!
In this swap, we're exchanging scraps and a little handmade something. Lucky me - my secret partner requested a fabric basket! I ran right over to Pink Penguin to use Ayumi's tutorial.
I hope these colors and fabrics suit my partner. The little lovebirds always get me. And, the basket is so very tiny. I can't get over the perfection of it's size. Thanks for a great pattern, Ayumi!
If you haven't found an excuse to need a tiny basket yet, let me help you out. I'm thinking cutting waste, special scraps, baby toys, cat toys, doll clothes, play kitchen... Really, who doesn't need one? I obviously do now.
