It's coming along! It's coming along!
Happily, a little pluck in trying out some new tools yielded quite a pleasurable applique experience this morning! Now I'm just 2 birds short of completing the applique phase of The Penny Sampler. This time, all my applique has turned-under edges, because this quilt is going to be durable and machine washable. Yes-sirree.
Phase 2 is more traditional piecing on a small scale. Yay! Sounds like a nice change of pace.
And I daresay I'm loving where this is going...
