Show me yours (Scraps)

Oh my goodness, you all are so, so in on the scrappiness!  Thanks for such a fun and positive response to Friday's post. The Scrap Attack is on!  My little self is all in gear scheming schemes and planning plans to make for a most fun post-holiday scrap destash and decluttering.  Mmm... that makes us sound so responsible.  Here, here!  So muster up your scraps... the fun begins in January. You can "quilt along" by making or finishing a scrappy quilt in any style, and I'll be bringing in some very exciting guests for extra inspiration.  And, yes, the Festival of Scrappiness (scheduled for late March) will be open to anyone and everyone who can add a picture to our link party - no blog required.

Want to help!  Why, yes you can.  Send me a link to a photo of your scraps.  I'd love to start us off in January with a photo ode to our scraps.  So, see if you can capture them in all their glory, whether piled in a teetering heap, jumbled in color disorder or neatly filed away just so.  Show us how you organize your scraps... or how you don't.  Just be careful that this doesn't happen to you...

Yep, according to Cauchy, "you really have to watch your back when quilting."  You can send me a link to a Flickr page or blog post with your photo, or a link to just about anywhere online that your photo lives.  Please do not send photos as attachments.

Would you like to see mine?  Ok... Ok...

oh happy scrappy day!

Just try not to hate me.  These drawers were a great investment as it makes all the difference for me to have them organized by color and size.  And, ya know, this photo is from July but I STILL have not made those braided fabric handles I had planned for these drawers.

xoxo, Rachel
