When it is still, when it is cold, there is a calmness that blankets the world, that soothes the soul.  The quiet sweetness of less is more can fill without feeling full.  And life is simple.  And pure.  And moments as precious as the falling snow.

Like a tangy parfait or a cool mint treat, the dreamy still times are a much-needed respite.  And the colors they soften, they quiet and blush.  The colors too can be still with us.

Whether in many or few hues, ice parfait twinkles. The cold icy grays are layered, lined and sharpened by black.  Pale colors full of contrast, empty of noise.
